Fuku Hikes Again

We loved Zuma so much after last week's birthday hike we decided to bring friends this time. Chris & Danielle, who were our hiking partners in January in Joshua Tree (retroblog forthcoming) joined in on the early morning jaunt. We saw our favorite horse Cappucino on the up to the trail (what a beauty).



It was a veritable farmer's market out on the trail. Rosemary, thyme, two kinds of sage, and our first whiff of mint. Took a break on a boulder and munched on snacks, then once again, we winged the return back. Drove down the coast and lunched on fish-n-chips, our "reward" food. We may just succeed at turning this into a hiking habit. Wish us luck!
